Daxium - éditeur et distributeur des logiciels PictBase et Isotools

DaXium Software is a French registered company created in April 2005 by twelve private shareholders and two institutional shareholders.
The company is the result of the acquisition of a whole field of the IDS group's activity.

The current president of DaXium, co-founder of the IDS group, was the Chief Executive Officer at IDS until March 2005. DaXium's company identity is thus closely linked to the development of the information technology group, IDS.

Before 2000 : Creation of four companies: IDS Digitalization, IDS Computer Graphics, IDS Geospace and IDS Development
September 2000 : Creation of a US subsidiary in Portland, Oregon for the distribution of software
March 2001 : Merger of the four companies and listing of the company on the cash market, Euronext
December 2001 : Prize for the best Stock Exchange Issuer 2001 on the market concerned (Journal des Finances)
External growth : Acquisition of the companies Loratec (producer of PictBase) and then of Isotools (producer of Isotools)
2002 then 2003 : IDS was named among the 200 fastest growing technology companies in Europe, Prix Deloitte Fast 200
March 2005 : Acquisition by the DaXium Software company of part of the IDS group's activity
