DM : Document Management
ECM : Enterprise Content Management. ECM includes all solutions for centralized data in an enterprise

Metadata : “Data about data”. This is the information that describes the assets and makes it possible to search for them efficiently. Metadata can be created and managed manually but they can also be processed implicitly by using a DAM solution.
DM : Document Management
MAM : Media Asset Management is a variation of DAM for media enterprises
